I need comments please!

I have enjoyed the rugby immensely. Italy were rubbish, but they usually are. Wales absolutely thrashed them by 41 points.

England v France was a great match. Such good rugby played. England were behind until the last five minutes. They scored a try, which only just legal, and then converted. I was sorry to see France lose as they deserved to win. They have won the Triple Crown but not the tournament.

My day has been restful. I have done this and that. Mainly, I am preparing for my daughter. There’s not much to do really. Everything is clean and tidy. I will spray the living room with lavender so it feels fresh and calm. I have a meal prepared.

My left femoral nerve aches for the first time in a while. I use a simple painkiller, and in the evening, now, a glass of wine helps too.

My friend was happy to get my virtual birthday card. That made me happy. They are such a good friend. I mean the quality of the friendship. He is my go to person, I consult him whenever I am in a dilemma, or troubled.

I shall watch some TV, or read. I want to relax and chill. Water my house plants. I’m looking forward to this wind going away. It drops the temperature so much. I’d like to get in the garden and do what’s needed.

A friend’s birthday and rugby…

Today is the birthday of a great friend who I met when I was twenty. I began to remember again in recent years. Our friendship has crossed continents, countries, children becoming adults, and many other life events.

There is rugby today, England v France. On a website, so I hope this Mac supports it. Another laptop is winging it’s way so hopefully I will be in my zone again soon.

I am still unable to wear my watch due to bruising from cannulas that dropped out. And blood taken. I am discombobulated without my watch. That I never needed to be in hospital is something I need to laugh about, otherwise it’s too hard. It was lovely to be waited on. A change is as good as a rest.

My daughter is coming tomorrow for Mother’s Day. I will happily forsake the Ireland v Scotland if she doesn’t want to watch. She generally does. If the weather is better it might be wonderful to drive somewhere locally to look at a different view.

I did too much yesterday. My hydration suffered. I must not do this again. I need to follow my own advice.

The sun is shining. The wind is cold. A good day lies ahead.
